EXCHANGE AND RETURN
If you would like to return or exchange your order please contact CHELSEA PARIS within seven (7) days from the date of delivery and complete the return or exchange form included in your order and return the merchandise within fourteen (14) days of delivery date. Any late notifications or item(s) not received within these time frames will be accepted under the discretion of CHELSEA PARIS.
CHELSEA PARIS will not accept exchanges or returns for faulty items that have been used and/or worn. We strongly advise the buyer to verify all orders prior to ordering any merchandise from the CHELSEA PARIS website.
All shoes must be returned with the original designer packaging and invoice. Shoes that are returned without the packaging and invoice will not be accepted. Your updated order will be shipped out once original merchandise has been received and approved by CHELSEA PARIS.
Easy-to-follow instructions are included with each shipment. A full refund including sales tax will only be given to non-faulty items that follow return guidelines. Reimbursement will be credited to the credit card used for original purchase. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
