DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, however, you have the option to create an account for quick processing and order tracking.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Electron, and American Express.

 

WHAT ABOUT SALES TAX?

Chelsea Paris charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. 

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A shipping confirmation is e-mailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to studio@chelseaparis.com

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER OR RECEIVE A REFUND?

Please refer to the Exchange and Return section covering policies to exchange an order or receive reimbursement.

 

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot add additional items to an order that has already been placed; a new order must be created.

Yes, Chelsea Paris will have a seasonal sale. Please check the website for updates on seasonal sales and promotional offers. You can also be added to our mailing list for updates as well.

 

WHICH SIZE WILL FIT ME?

Chelsea Paris uses the Italian sizing standard as all our shoes are made in Italy. The following is a sizing conversion chart comparing Italian sizing with other international sizing standards. Please refer to the sizing chart as a guide to see what size will fit you best.
